The Pentax IQZoom 145M Super is a late‑90s 35mm compact with a built‑in 38–145mm zoom lens, covering everything from wide everyday scenes to tighter portraits in one body. It uses standard 35mm film with DX‑code reading, automatically setting ISO based on the canister, and handles film load, advance, and rewind on its own, so you never have to thread or manually crank.

Exposure is fully automatic, with program AE controlling shutter speed and aperture together, paired with an integrated flash that offers multiple modes for different shooting situations. The camera focuses through an autofocus system with a focus assist lamp, and the zooming optical viewfinder adjusts to match the lens as you move through the focal range.
